All the power seams are impregnated with a hermetic composition from the inside, and are reliably soldered from the outside using the hot air welding method, which makes the projectile absolutely waterproof and resistant to any natural phenomena.

The high density and three-layer structure of the material makes it resistant to harsh operating conditions (it is possible to work in shoes).

Cover: specialized PVC, density 1050 g / m2 (made in South Korea), this material has unique characteristics - protection from ultraviolet rays, resistance to positive (+ 70˚C) and negative temperatures (-30˚C).
Sewing of the cover using nylon threads Gutermann (Germany).

Filler: 2-layer AROUND2CARE damping sleeve, developed using the technology of combining foams and polyurethane foam granulate of different densities, has a high shock-absorbing capacity and recovery.
Thanks to this element, the shock load on the athlete's hands is significantly reduced, which makes the URBAX series punching bags extremely comfortable and safe among stuffed bags, and protects the athlete's hands from injury.

3-component padding using ESA (ELASTIC SHOCK ABSORBTION) technology (a specially mixed proportion of small elastic flap with polyurethane foam granulate) is filled in layers in a certain sequence, which prevents the bag from "knocking down" and deforming during long-term use.

The bottom and lid of the bag are additionally reinforced with a polyurethane foam insert.
