Designed with aluminium splints to either side of the knee joint for sideways stabilisation and a strengthened cross strapping system behind the knee for high levels of relief from the pressure of weight-bearing, the Hyper-X Knee Support by Rehband is the strong, reliable answer to weak, unstable knee problems.
Aluminium splints are covered to make the support suitable for use during sport and can be removed for washing the item.

When measuring ensure that the knee is slightly bent (about 30° flexion), based on the central part of the patella and measure the circumference (cm) around the leg 10 cm below patella.
