Description:

Platform:
PSF plywood, grade 2/2, thickness 18 mm.
Clamping plates are used to ensure a tight fit of the plywood sheets to the ring frame.
The holes for them are milled on a CNC machine, which eliminates the mobility of the plywood during operation.
The platform design provides for floor unevenness compensators with protective pads to preserve the floor surface.
The basic package includes 1 stepladder.

Metal frame:
Corner posts with fastening for ropes - metal pipe of profile section 100 * 100 mm.
Metal wall thickness - 5 mm.
PVV mats (secondary foam rubber) density 200 thickness 20 mm.
Canvas - high-strength awning fabric, density 650 g / sq. m (made in South Korea).
Cotton cover can be manufactured.

Soft ring protection:
Completely sewn from durable eco-leather for an aesthetic look (we do not use an awning!).
Corner cushions - premium foam filling (HL6080 brand).
Branding (inscriptions, functional markings, sponsor organizations) can be applied to: canvas, overhangs, ropes, corner cushions, tubes.
Branding method - optional - screen or UV printing (depending on the complexity of the logo).
